BALTIMORE (WBFF) — City records reveal that millions of tax dollars are being funneled to Baltimore non-profit organizations that are not in good standing with the state.
"They're not supposed to be soliciting funds from people if they are out of compliance with the state," said Adam Andrzejewski of OpenTheBooks.com.
Andrzejewski began tracking the public dollars that are going to non-profits and found that 23 of the top 100 recipients are out of compliance with Maryland's Secretary of State.
