WASHINGTON (TND) — President Joe Biden has spent millions of taxpayer dollars to fund White House staffers since the 2021 fiscal year, according to federal records.

The watchdog group Open the Books discovered Biden spent $225 million on the White House payroll during his first four years.

Open the Books CEO Adam Andrzejewski joined The National Desk’s Angela Brown to discuss the issue.

“Biden’s headcount is 565 for $61 million. It's 152 employees more than President Trump at the same period in his presidency; It's 100 more than Barack Obama at the same point in his presidency,” he said.
