WASHINGTON (TNND) — Legal challenges are prompting some American companies to reconsider their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. This shift follows a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that declared race-based affirmative action in college admissions unconstitutional, citing a violation of the Equal Protection Clause.
Despite the ruling, the Biden administration continues to allocate taxpayer funds to DEI initiatives within federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
