WASHINGTON (TNND) — Some federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, did not receive a clean audit this year. The agency has failed every audit in the past seven years.

Deputy Public Policy Editor at Open the Books Rachel O’Brien says the DOD failed its audit the worst despite the Department of Agriculture, Department of Energy and Department of Labor also having some problems.
